Media coverage & press releases.
A documentary record of independent press references to AllRussian's work and a running list of recent press releases. Independent journalism and self-published press releases are kept in separate sections so readers can see the difference at a glance.
What is on this page
Two categories. Independent press references are articles written by journalists for their own publications, naming AllRussian. Press releases are statements AllRussian wrote and distributed through news-wire services. Both are useful, but readers should know which is which: independent press is third-party verification, press releases are self-published. The earliest external citation we are aware of is from Kyiv Post in 2005; the most recent press releases are from May 2026.
Third-party journalism that named AllRussian
Kyiv Post · 10 August 2005 · By Peter Byrne
Slaughtered Ukrainian bride found in Los Angeles
Article context. The Kyiv Post published an investigative piece on the murder of Iryna Singerman, a 21-year-old Ukrainian woman whose body was discovered in Los Angeles in July 2005. The article examined the broader context of K-1 fiancée visas for Ukrainian citizens (which had grown twelve-fold between 1998 and 2002) and documented risks of mail-order marriage abuse. The article is investigative reporting on a homicide. It is not an article about AllRussian.
Where AllRussian appears. Michael Muinov is named in one paragraph of the article. The reporter quotes a public forum post written in 2003 by Iryna's husband, Ronald Singerman, who had previously used Michael's background-check service to vet a different prospective bride at an earlier stage of his K-1 visa process:
"In an earlier entry on Russian Women Guide (www.rwguide.com), Singerman expresses gratitude to Michael Muinov, a lawyer specializing in background checks, for vetting his would-be bride. 'Your report gives me confidence in continuing to develop my relationship with I. L.,' he wrote, including his full name, home and work telephone numbers, and company Web site address."
— Kyiv Post, 10 August 2005
What this verifies:
- AllRussian and Michael Muinov were named in independent press coverage in 2005.
- The service was already known to clients by 2002–2003 (the forum post pre-dates the article).
- Michael was described in print as "a lawyer specializing in background checks" by an independent reporter, consistent with the About page background.
- The client quoted in the article expressed direct gratitude for the report he received.
What we want to be clear about:
- The article does not endorse AllRussian. It is a news report on a homicide.
- The bride mentioned in Michael's report ("I. L.") was a different person from the woman who was later killed (Iryna Singerman). Mr. Singerman had previously inquired about another woman; he subsequently met and married Iryna, and Michael was not involved in that second relationship.
- The tragedy that the article describes — the murder of a young woman — is not a marketing point and should not be used as one. We list this article here because it is a verifiable external mention of AllRussian in print, not because of the case it describes.

Other independent press references and external citations of AllRussian's work over the years will be added to this section as they are identified and verified.
