Both tiers include case review, research, and a written report delivered by email in 3–5 business days. Payment comes after review: submit the order form first, receive a confirmation with final scope and price, pay only once the request is confirmed feasible. Accepted: debit, credit, ACH, Wise, wire. The subject is never contacted.

What affects the final price of my order?
Three factors. Scope: $50 single-layer check or $118 multi-layer report covering identity, marital, residence, and criminal-record together. Highly complex cases beyond the multi-layer package are quoted separately. Jurisdiction: Russia and the CIS region are within standard pricing thanks to 27 years of regional records access; some other countries require additional time and have a small geographic uplift. Urgency: standard 3–5 business day turnaround is included; faster delivery can sometimes be arranged for an additional fee.
When and how do I pay?
You pay after order review, not before. The four-step process: submit the order form with the details you have, receive a confirmation with the final scope and price, pay using one of the accepted methods (debit card, credit card, ACH, Wise, or wire transfer), and receive the written report by email in 3–5 business days. Payment is only requested once we have confirmed the request is in scope and the case can be handled lawfully.
What if the records I need cannot be found?
Every case is reviewed before work begins specifically to confirm the request is feasible. If the records or sources needed for a meaningful result are not available, the case is declined before payment — never accepted, then unresolved. In rare cases where partial findings are produced because some records turn out to be inaccessible mid-case, the report explains exactly what was checked, what was found, and what could not be verified.
