I ask to the western Union bank to give me the exact adress where the money had been withdraw. I trace all the IP of the mails, and the person is near the Kremlin. According what I have, I think he use a women that move a little around Moscow, and 2 places are clear. Nearly all the messages come from Moscow and 4 of them from outside Moskow (2 from Odintsovo, 1 Mytishchi, 1 Konakovo (Tver)). Perhaps, it is the same women. In some parts, the sign is different the text is also different. I would like to do something with the russian police. The person is again on the website, but RussianEuro website does not seem to give an help. I have to go further, I would like to do a website to help the french people. “Thank you - Since she (or whoever is behind this) no longer answers letters, I expect I will not get a passport. I have notified the dating site - especially since this one is clever when the corresponding. Must work on the basis of a full biography and taking much effort in responding to contents of letters, thereby making it more difficult to detect, until very late, that the purpose was only to make money from making the victim open (and pay for) as many letters as possible. Therefore possibly also the local dating agency is involved. OK - I will survive. In my world the expense is moderate. I only hope it was a real woman on the photos and that she had a nice time buying a dress or whatever she could buy for what was left for her. Thanks”

She accepted my marriage proposal on August 23rd when I met her in Kiev and just over thirty days later she marries this guy. It took a very long time for all this to surface in our (hers and mine) communications, but eventually it did. She was expert at keeping the hook in the fish so to speak, but I never sent her any money. She even promised to send the domestic passport pages you suggested I ask for, but they never arrived. Eventually she gave up and I have not heard from her in five or six weeks. I want to thank you again for your excellent work and advice.
